Ultra Shorts Up Nicely

The ultra shorts moved up nicely today. Gold (GLD), Internet Infrastructure (IIH), Software (SWH) Materials (XLB), and Consumer Staples (XLP) fell the least.

Utilities moved up to no surprise-bad day. Homebuilders moved up for what reason? Health move up. Airlines moved up possibly because energy moved up down. Financials mostly went down. Ultra Shorts up. So can the market go up if financials lag?
